Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers who process Personal Information on our behalf to help us operate and improve the Services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with this Notice. Our service provider categories include:

Advertising Partners

We share certain information with third-party advertising platforms, including online identifiers, device information, and browsing activity collected through cookies and tracking technologies, for purposes of delivering targeted advertising. We also upload customer identifiers (such as email addresses and names) to advertising platforms to build Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences for targeted advertising campaigns. The advertising platforms we currently use are Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn. This may constitute “sharing” of Personal Information under California law. See Section 8 (Advertising and Cookies) and Section 13 (Your Privacy Rights) for opt-out options.

Real Estate Data Providers and Platforms

When you direct us to access listing data, property information, or reviews from third-party real estate data sources, we may share necessary authentication and account information with those providers to fulfill your request. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to access and use such data through the Services.

We may disclose your Personal Information if required or permitted by law, including to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, to protect our rights and safety or the rights and safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request.

Business Transfers

If Rejig is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

We process your Personal Information based on the following legal grounds, as applicable:

  • Contract performance: processing necessary to provide the Services you have requested.
  • Legitimate interests: processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Services, preventing fraud, conducting sales outreach, and direct marketing (where not overridden by your rights).
  • Consent: where you have given specific consent, such as for avatar/voice features involving biometric-adjacent data, and non-essential cookies.
  • Legal obligation: processing necessary to comply with applicable laws.

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

5. Our Role: Data Controller and Processor

Rejig acts as a data controller when we determine the purposes and means of processing your Personal Information—for example, when we collect your account information, process payments, send you communications, use analytics to improve the Services, or use prospecting tools for our own sales purposes.

Rejig acts as a data processor when we process content and data solely at your direction through the Services—for example, when you upload content for AI-powered generation, direct us to publish to your social media accounts, or instruct us to access your listing data from connected sources. In these instances, you act as the data controller and we process information only in accordance with your instructions.

6. AI and Automated Processing

The Services use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies provided by third-party AI service providers to generate, enhance, and optimize content at your direction. When you use AI-powered features:

  • Your content inputs (text, images, and other materials you provide) may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers via secure APIs for processing.
  • We contractually require our AI providers not to use your data to train their models or for any purpose other than providing the service to us.
  • AI-generated outputs are provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use or publication.
  • We do not use your Personal Information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

7. Avatar, Voice, and Biometric Data

Certain features of the Services allow you to create personalized avatar videos and voice content using your photograph, likeness, and voice recordings. When you use these features:

  • For avatar creation, you are required to upload a consent video to our third-party avatar synthesis provider, which ties your avatar to your verified consent.
  • For voice synthesis, you provide voice recordings to us which are transmitted to our voice synthesis service provider. By voluntarily providing your voice recordings for the purpose of creating voice-based content, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of those recordings with our service providers for that purpose.
  • Under certain state laws, facial geometry and voiceprint data may constitute biometric information or biometric identifiers.
  • Our service providers are contractually prohibited from using your biometric data for any purpose other than providing the avatar/voice synthesis service.
  • Retention: Rejig does not store biometric data (facial geometry, voiceprint models) on its own servers. Our third-party avatar synthesis provider maintains its own biometric data retention and deletion policies, which are available at the provider’s biometric privacy notice.

8. Advertising and Cookies

We use third-party advertising platforms and analytics services that collect information about your activity on the Services through cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with our content.

The advertising platforms we currently use include Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Insight Tag. We use Google Tag Manager to manage these and other tracking technologies on our Services.

We also upload customer identifiers (such as email addresses and names) to advertising platforms to create Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences for targeted advertising campaigns. You may opt out of the use of your data for Custom Audience targeting; see Section 13 (Your Privacy Rights).

We use a consent management platform to allow you to manage your cookie and tracking preferences. You may adjust your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer of our website.

To opt out, see Section 13 (Your Privacy Rights) or click “Your Privacy Choices” on our website. You may also control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect functionality of the Services.
