Rejig automatically creates monthly market reports for the service areas you’ve configured. These are typically generated in the first few days of each month and reflect the previous month’s market data.
You can also create a market report anytime for another area. This is useful when you want to share a report for a specific client, include one in a newsletter, or create content for an area outside your usual service areas.
You can generate a market report as an image or video, publish it to social media through Rejig, or download it to share by email, text, or in a newsletter.
Watch the video above for a quick walkthrough, or follow the steps below to create a market report for any ZIP code, neighborhood, city, or county in the U.S.

Review your generated market report
Go back to your home page and click on the latest card on the left. In this case, I'm clicking the card labeled 'Zip Code 94112, CA' as that's the zip code I had entered earlier.
On the right, you’ll see your market report ready to review and share for the selected ZIP code.
Rejig will also create a market report video for you, if you chose to create a video as well. Just give it a few seconds and re-click the same card.
You can now review and approve your posts before anything is published.
FAQs:
Can I choose which month the report covers?
No, and you do not need to. Every market report covers the most recently completed month, whether Rejig made it for you at the start of the month or you built it yourself from Create > Market Data. There is no date picker.
Can I run a report for an area that is not one of my service areas?
Yes. Go to Create > Market Data and type any county, city, ZIP code or neighborhood. Your five saved service areas only control which reports get made for you automatically. You can always create more depending on your plan limits.
Can I report on condos only, or single family homes only?
Yes. The Property Type dropdown in Create > Market Data offers All Residential, Single Family Residential, Condo/Co-op, and Multi-Family (2-4 Unit).
Can I combine two towns into one report?
Not into one set of numbers, because each report covers a single area and merging them would make both towns' figures wrong. What you can do is put several areas in one post. Create the report for the first area, then in the post editor use the page thumbnails along the bottom to add a page for each additional area. That gives you a carousel your audience swipes through, one town per card, each set of numbers accurate to its own town. For a video, clone a slide in the video editor and swap in the next area's figures. This tends to work better than a merged report anyway, since a swipeable town by town comparison is what most people actually want to see.
There are separate help videos on creating carousel posts and videos as well.
Why does it say no market data found for my area?
Usually the area name did not match. Pick your area from the dropdown as you type rather than typing it out in full, try the city name instead of the township or subdivision name, and try a broader area such as the county. If a neighborhood is small, there may not be enough activity in the month to report on. If none of that works, chat with us and we will look at the specific area.
My report is showing the township or a neighboring town, not my town.
Area boundaries come from our data provider and sometimes group smaller places under a larger one. Try the more specific name first, then the county. If your town consistently resolves to the wrong place, send us the exact area name and we will raise it with the provider.
I do not have the option to create market report videos.
If you go to 'Create -> market reports' and click on the video tab and see an 'Upgrade to Unlock' message like the screenshot above, that is because you're on a plan where market report videos are not supported. You can always upgrade the plan to unlock this feature.
NOTE: The pricing tiers and plans vary based on the brokerage or subscription tier you are in. If you have more questions click the Chat bubble on the bottom right and we can help.
