Steps on How to use Market report from Title rep or MLS in Post
Option 1: Create and Modify Rejig Market Reports
Step 1: Generate a Base Market Report
Go to Create
Select Market Data
Choose your: Neighborhood, Property type or Template
Let Rejig generate the market report
Step 2: Update with External Data
After the report is created (e.g., October data)
Click Edit
Replace Rejig's data with information from: Your MLS or Your title company report
Option 2: Share an External Market Report Graphic
Step 1: Access Base Templates
Go to Brand Templates & Choose a simple base template
Step 2: Create Post with External Image
Click Create Post -> Click Add an Image
Go to My Images & Upload the image your title rep sent you
Step 3: Adjust the Image
Select the uploaded image
Crop & Resize if needed (e.g., remove excess space)
Step 4: Add Captions
Type in captions relevant to the market report
Use the Enhance Captions feature if desired
Step 5: Finalize and Share
Click Save
Click Share to post to your social media platforms
Note: Choose Option 1 when you want to maintain your branding while using external data, or Option 2 when you want to directly share a graphic created by your title company or MLS.
