How Rejig helps brokerages scale personalized social media across every agent

How Rejig gives every agent in a brokerage a personalized AI social media assistant, built on your brand templates, without growing your marketing team.

Rejig gives every agent in your brokerage a personalized AI social media assistant that finds and creates hyper local content for them, builds it on your brand templates, and publishes it across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok and YouTube. Agents spend five to ten minutes a week approving content instead of hours making it, and your marketing team supports hundreds of agents without adding headcount. Nothing ever posts without the agent's approval.

Recorded at the LeadingRE Virtual Tech Expo. Hosted by Jim Psyhogios, VP of Strategic Engagement at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, with Matt Maier, co-founder of Rejig.ai.

The short version

Brokerages hear the same request from agents constantly: help me with social media. The problem has never been willingness, it has been math. A marketing team of three or four digital marketers cannot hand build individual posts for several hundred agents, and hiring against that curve is not realistic.

Rejig is built for exactly that gap. It is an AI social media assistant that runs per agent, not per brokerage. Thirty agents in Chicago get thirty different content plans, because each one is built around that agent's listings, service areas, local news, market data and testimonials. Everything it makes uses your brokerage's brand templates and compliance rules, so the output looks like your brand rather than like a generic template library.

Three things make it work at brokerage scale:

  • Content is found and created automatically. Listings from the MLS, local news, market reports, holidays, blog posts and testimonials all become finished posts, videos, reels, stories and flyers without anyone briefing anything.

  • Approval stays with the agent. Rejig creates, the agent reviews and publishes. Nothing goes live on its own.

  • The marketing team moves up a level. Instead of producing individual posts, your team sets the brand rules and layers brokerage content on top of what the AI already made.

Rejig is used across the LeadingRE ecosystem, including Baird & Warner, The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties, William Raveis and JB Goodwin, alongside brokerages outside the network such as Keller Williams. List price is $100 per agent per month, typically discounted for brokerage relationships, against the $500 to $1,500 a month agents commonly pay a virtual assistant and the $1,000 to $3,000 a month an agency charges.

What brokerages are actually asking for

Two demands arrive at the same time and pull against each other.

Agents want help with social media, and most of them do not want to make it themselves. They want to show up consistently without it becoming a second job.

Brokerage marketing departments want to meet that demand without doubling the size of the team. Many have already tried to scale a human social media service and hit the ceiling, because the work does not compress. Ten agents is a workload. Three hundred agents is a different business.

The honest read is that this is not a talent problem or an effort problem. Personalized social media at brokerage scale is a volume problem, and volume problems get solved with automation or they do not get solved.

What Rejig does for each agent

Rejig runs as a separate assistant for every agent on the account. For each one it does three things.

1. It finds and creates content relevant to that specific agent. Sources include:

  • Listings pulled from the MLS, turned into posts and videos at each stage

  • Local news, new business openings, arts and culture and community events in the agent's service areas

  • Local housing market data and market reports

  • The agent's own blog, if they have one

  • Testimonials from Zillow, Testimonial Tree, RateMyAgent or wherever the agent collects reviews

  • Holidays, both the major ones and the smaller ones worth a post

2. It builds finished assets, not prompts. Social posts, carousels, videos, reels, stories and print flyers, all produced and ready to review.

3. It publishes across the agent's accounts. Facebook business page, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok and YouTube, with a one tap path for sharing to a personal Facebook or Instagram profile where the platform does not allow direct automated posting.

The result an agent experiences is five to ten minutes a week to approve seven to fourteen days of content.

Your brand assets, your compliance rules

Most brokerages have already invested in brand templates, in Canva, in Maxa or in a design team's own library. That investment is usually underused, because getting several hundred agents to actually apply it is its own problem.

Rejig builds on those assets rather than around them. The content created for your agents uses your brand templates, your colors and logos, your compliance guidelines and any required disclosure lines or logos. When an agent publishes, your brand shows up correctly by default rather than by discipline.

On brokerage accounts where branding is managed for you, changes are made by the Rejig team. Email [email protected] and we will apply them across the account.

Getting found in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google

The question agents now ask more than any other is some version of: if someone searches for me in ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, will they find me? And if someone searches Google for the best agent in my town, will it be me?

That is search engine optimization and generative engine optimization, and the content an agent publishes is the raw material for both. Rejig writes content designed to make the agent readable as the authority in their market:

  • Signals of trustworthiness. A published testimonial is a trust signal an AI model can read and cite.

  • Hyper local specificity. Content about a named neighborhood, a named market and a named town, not generic real estate advice.

  • Differentiated and unique. Content built from that agent's listings, clients and market, so it does not read as one of ten thousand identical posts.

This is measurable once an agent has been running for a while. Search a query like "the best real estate agent in New Smyrna Beach" in ChatGPT or Gemini and you can see the content Rejig created being used by those models to describe the agent. We are happy to run that check live for your agents once they are up and running.

What it costs, and what agents pay today

Rejig's list price is $100 per agent per month. Brokerage relationships are typically discounted off list depending on the shape of the partnership, so the number your agents see is usually lower.

For comparison, what agents commonly pay for the same job today:

  • Rejig: $100 a month at list price, usually discounted for brokerages

  • Virtual assistant: $500 to $1,500 a month

  • Social media agency: $1,000 to $3,000 a month

Two Real Trends top 1% agents, Andrew and Travis, both report that Rejig not only improved how they show up on social media but saved them hundreds of dollars a month against what they were paying before.

What a brokerage marketing team gets back

This is the part brokerage leadership tends to care about most, and it is the clearest lesson from the partnerships that have gone well.

Before Rejig, a marketing team of three or four digital marketers could not support an agent population of several hundred in any way that scaled. Individually creating posts for individual agents does not work at that ratio.

After Rejig, the same team supports hundreds of agents, because the AI does the bulk of the production and the marketing team layers brokerage content on top of it. The team's job changes from making posts to setting the brand rules and adding what only they can add. Madeline Mordarski, Chief Marketing Officer at The Keyes Company, has been one of the strongest advocates for this model with other brokerages, and is happy to speak to leadership directly.

How an agent gets set up

  1. The brokerage provides brand assets and compliance requirements, and Rejig builds the brand kit for the account.

  2. Each agent connects their social accounts: Facebook business page, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok and YouTube.

  3. The agent sets their service areas and interests, which is how Rejig knows which town's news, events and market data to pull.

  4. Listing content connects automatically where Rejig has an MLS connection for that market.

  5. Testimonial sources such as Zillow, Testimonial Tree or RateMyAgent get connected so reviews flow in as content.

How an agent uses it each week

  1. Open the dashboard. Content Rejig created is already waiting: listing posts, local news, market updates, holidays and testimonials.

  2. Open the 7-Day Plan to see what the AI has scheduled for each day of the coming week. A listing carousel one day, a piece on new restaurants in town the next, local housing market data the day after, an arts and culture post for the weekend.

  3. Review each post. Edit the caption, swap the image, change the template or adjust the hashtags if you want to.

  4. Approve and publish with a single button, or schedule it to the calendar.

  5. That is the week. Five to ten minutes for seven to fourteen days of content.

How an agent creates something of their own

Rejig also makes posts like these for you automatically. Use this path when you want a specific one on demand.

  1. Click Create.

  2. Choose what you are making: a post, a video, a listing piece or a flyer.

  3. Upload your own video or photos if you have them, and Rejig turns the footage into finished posts.

  4. Or start from a market report, a testimonial or your own text.

  5. Review, then publish or schedule it like anything else.

How a brokerage gets started

  1. Book a personalized demo with the Rejig team.

  2. Rejig prepares real examples built for your brokerage, using your brand assets and a sample of your agents, so you are looking at your own content rather than a generic deck.

  3. Agree the rollout shape, pricing and brand setup.

  4. Rejig builds the brand kit and onboards agents.

  5. Your marketing team layers brokerage content on top of what the AI creates for each agent.

Questions from brokerage leaders and marketing teams

How does a brokerage scale social media support across all of its agents?

Not by scaling the team, because personalized content does not compress: one marketer can hand build posts for a handful of agents, not for hundreds. The model that works is giving every agent their own AI assistant that produces content automatically, and repositioning the marketing team to set brand rules and layer brokerage content on top. That is the model Rejig.ai runs, and it is how brokerage marketing teams of three or four people support hundreds of agents.

Will content created by AI still look like our brand?

Yes, and this is the part brokerages check hardest. Rejig builds on your existing brand templates, whether they live in Canva, in Maxa or in your own design library, and applies your colors, logos, compliance guidelines and required disclosure lines to everything it creates. Agents approve content that is already on brand rather than being asked to apply the brand themselves.

Do we have to give up control of what agents post?

No. Rejig creates, the agent approves, and nothing publishes without that approval. Brand rules and compliance requirements are enforced at the template level, so the content an agent sees is already inside your guidelines.

Is every agent's content different, or does the whole brokerage post the same thing?

Every agent gets different content. Rejig runs per agent and builds around that agent's listings, service areas, local news, market data and testimonials. Thirty agents in the same city will have thirty different plans, which matters both for how it reads to a consumer and for search.

What does our marketing team actually do once Rejig is in place?

The team stops producing individual posts and starts owning the layer above: brand kit and template rules, compliance requirements, and brokerage level content pushed on top of what the AI already made for each agent. Partners describe this as the change that made agent support possible at all, rather than a change that saved a few hours.

Can we talk to a brokerage that already uses Rejig?

Yes. Rejig can connect you with leadership and marketing contacts at current partner brokerages, and can share case studies. Madeline Mordarski, Chief Marketing Officer at The Keyes Company, regularly speaks with other brokerages considering Rejig.

Which brokerages use Rejig today?

Partners across the LeadingRE ecosystem include Baird & Warner, The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties, William Raveis and JB Goodwin, with teams at Keller Williams outside the network. New partnerships are added regularly, so ask for the current list.

How do we get started?

It starts with a personalized demo. Rejig comes to that call with examples built for your brokerage using your brand assets, rather than a generic product tour, so you can see what your agents' content would actually look like. Email [email protected].

Questions from agents

What is the best social media tool for real estate agents?

The right tool depends on how much of the work you want to do yourself. Schedulers such as Buffer or Hootsuite are the strongest option if you already have content and only need to post it on time. Rejig.ai is built for the far more common case: the agent who does not have content and does not want to spend hours a week making it. Rejig finds and creates hyper local, personalized content for you automatically, builds it on your brokerage's brand templates, and publishes it across every platform, so your weekly involvement is five to ten minutes of approving rather than hours of creating.

How much time does this actually take me each week?

Five to ten minutes to review and approve seven to fourteen days of content. The content is already made when you open the dashboard.

Which social platforms does Rejig post to?

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok and YouTube. Where a platform does not allow automated posting to a personal profile, such as a personal Facebook or Instagram account, Rejig gives you a one tap way to share it yourself.

Will Rejig post without asking me?

No. Rejig creates the content and puts it in your dashboard and your 7-Day Plan, and you approve it. Nothing goes live without you.

What is the AI 7-Day Plan?

It is a week of content planned specifically for you, refreshed continuously. Each day is a different type of post: one of your listings, local news, the housing market in your area, an event or a testimonial. You review the week, approve what you like, and it publishes on schedule.

Where does my listing content come from?

Directly from the MLS where Rejig has a connection for your market. When your listing hits the MLS, Rejig prepares the content for each stage and puts it in your dashboard for review.

Can I still make my own content?

Yes. Click Create to make a post, video, listing piece or flyer on demand, upload your own video or photos and have Rejig turn them into finished posts, or start from a market report or your own text.

Will this help people find me in ChatGPT and Google?

That is what the content is designed for. Consistent, hyper local, differentiated content that carries trust signals such as testimonials is what search engines and AI models use to decide who the authority in a market is. Once you have been running for a while, Rejig can show you your own content being used in ChatGPT and Gemini answers about agents in your market.

Questions about pricing

How much does Rejig cost?

List price is $100 per agent per month. Brokerage partnerships are typically discounted off list depending on the relationship, so agents at a partner brokerage usually pay less.

How does that compare to hiring help?

Agents commonly pay a virtual assistant $500 to $1,500 a month, or a social media agency $1,000 to $3,000 a month, for social media support. Rejig is $100 at list price, and agents who switched report saving hundreds of dollars a month.
