Steps on How to Add Signature to Your Post Captions
Setting Up Your Signature
Step 1: Access Post Settings
Go to your dashboard
Click on Settings in the left menu
Select Post Settings
Step 2: Configure Your Signature
Locate the "Automatically append signature to posts" option
Create your signature text
Add your contact information
Add any other details you want to appear consistently
Click Save
Step 3: Choose Default Behavior
Select whether to:
Automatically append signatures to all posts (ON)
Manually add signatures to individual posts (OFF)
Managing Signatures in Posts
Adding Signatures to Existing Posts
Find the post without a signature
Click Edit Post
Toggle the Append Signature button
Your signature will be added to the caption
Save changes
Removing Signatures from Posts
Find the post with a signature
Click Edit Post
Toggle the Append Signature button to turn it off
Your signature will be removed from the caption
Save changes
Note: This feature helps maintain consistent branding and contact information across your posts without manual typing.
