Steps on How to Create Videos & Posts for Open House, Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold
Step 1: Choose Template Types
From Listings tab Select templates for your assets based on your listing status:
Coming Soon assets
Just Listed assets
Open House announcements
Other template options
Step 2: Select Images for Each Asset
Review AI-recommended images
Deselect images you don't want to use
Choose alternative images from your uploaded collection
Example selections:
Front of the property
Living room
Kitchen
Step 3: Set Up Open House Details (if applicable)
Enter the necessary information:
Date (e.g., June 15th)
Time (e.g., 10 AM to 1 PM)
Select specific images for your open house announcements
You can use different images than your other listing assets
Step 4: Choose Video Formats (if applicable)
Select from available video formats:
Horizontal videos
Vertical videos
Choose appropriate templates for each
Step 5: Review Your Selections
Verify all selected assets appear in your queue
Example: One Just Listed, one Coming Soon, two Open House assets
Step 6: Generate Your Assets
Click Generate Pairs
Wait for the system to create your assets
Once ready, all assets will appear in
your dashboard
Note: All generated assets will be easily accessible in your dashboard where you can filter and organize them as needed.
