If you need to take down a post you previously approved and published, you can unpublish it directly from your Calendar. Rejig will remove the post from supported connected platforms. Instagram posts must be removed manually from the Instagram app.
A common example is when a listing’s status changes after a post has already gone live — such as when an open house is canceled, a property goes under contract, or a listing is taken off the market.
Watch the video above, or follow the steps below.
Find your published post on the calendar
Open the Rejig dashboard and select the Calendar tab. The calendar shows all your scheduled and published posts.
Click the published post you want to remove. This opens a details window for that post.
Start the unpublish process
In the post details window, click Unpublish Post. This option lets you take down the post from your connected platforms.
Confirm the unpublish action
When prompted, click Yes to confirm you want to unpublish the post. This step ensures that nothing is removed by accident.
Understand where posts are removed
After you confirm, Rejig will unpublish the post from all supported platforms.
If the post was published to Instagram, you’ll need to delete it manually in the Instagram app. Instagram does not support automatic unpublishing from third-party apps.
