How does the team post-approval flow work?

A streamlined way for teams to review, modify, and approve content, no real-time coordination required.

Step 1: Save a Post for Later Review

  1. While browsing your feed, find a post you think is promising (e.g., “9 Ways to Celebrate July 4th”).

  2. Click Save—it goes into your Saved queue, ready for review or approval.

Step 2: Access Your Saved Items

  1. Head to the Saved section on your dashboard.

  2. Here, you’ll see all posts you’ve flagged for potential use or approval.

Step 3: Initiate the Approval Request

  1. Select the post you want your decision-maker to review.

  2. Click Email for Approval.

  3. Enter the recipient’s email (e.g., your manager or client, “Ruth”).

  4. Send—Rejig will dispatch the post directly to their inbox.

Step 4: Receive Feedback & Take Action

  1. Get notified when the reviewer responds via email. This is outside Rejig - y

  2. If they approved: the post is ready to publish or schedule.

  3. If they suggest edits: make adjustments in Rejig and resend if needed.

  4. If they declined: simply archive or delete the draft.
